Welcome… to the Park Lake Presbyterian Child Care Center (“PLPCCC”). PLPCCC has been nurturing infants and children through Pre-K since 1958. We began as a ministry of Park Lake Presbyterian Church to provide quality, affordable child care to families. This mission continues today.
We are a unique child development center that believes in the value of human diversity and seeks to provide a place where children can come together to reach their full potential under the care of credentialed teachers who provide early learning readiness skills through love and nurturing. We provide a creative enrichment program within a loving environment.
Our caring staff appreciates and supports the relationships between children and families. Parents are always welcome to visit at anytime.
Our mission is to enable each and every child in our care to reach their full potential as a child of God.

More about us…
We have been a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten site since the program began in 2005. Our children have excelled in school readiness scores every year. We have received awards for “Perfect Readiness Rates” and “Highest Average Readiness Rates” in Orange County for multiple years.
We serve a nutritious breakfast, lunch and snack each day. Meals are served family style with the children and teachers sitting at tables together. This promotes good manners and increases the children’s social skills. Appropriate portion sized serving utensils aid the children in eating a well balanced meal.
Teachers provide planned daily physical activities that are engaging, safe and appropriate for each child. Activities are designed to support children’s physical development and health. The children are provided outdoor time daily, weather permitting.
Infants are given multiple opportunities to participate in “tummy time” activities, buggy rides and outdoor time.
“The children are my motivation, and I am dedicated to providing families a safe and nurturing learning environment where children can feel secure, be happy and are able to achieve success.”
Jeana Palomino, Director
