Dawn Peterson was called to lead Kids Praise in the fall 2002 and prior to that was the piano accompanist. Dawn has been a part of Park Lake since birth; baptized as an infant and joining in 1986. She has always loved music and has been active in music groups throuhgout her life. Dawn has fond memories of growing up at Park Lake; including participation in the children, youth, and handbell choirs. Her hope is that the children experience the joy of God’s love and the expression of that love through music and worship. Dawn and Jeff were married at Park Lake in 1995. They are both native Floridians and enjoy riding roller coasters at amusement parks across the nation. She is pictured here with choir member Sierra Denniston, her niece. |
