What is Health & Care Ministry? 

It is a program that helps members of our congregation address all aspects of our spiritual, physical and emotional health. It helps us examine our lifestyle choices allowing each person to live up to the potential given to them by God.

Our Park Lake Health & Care Ministry Team will sponsor events that will provide information and education about your health and well-being and your relationship to your Christian life. We will be encouraging and training people to lead healthy lifestyles.

You do not need a medical background to be on the Health & Care Ministry Team! All you need is a passion for people and a concern for health and wholeness. We want you and need you ‚ young and old‚ to be on Park Lake's Health & Care Ministry Team! We are excited that we have church members already interested in being a part of this healing ministry, but we still need you!

We encourage you to pray for our new Health & Care Ministry. Are you a disciple who can assist members of our Park Lake family to become good stewards of their health and well-being?

WANTED BY THE HEALTH AND CARE MINISTRY COMMITTEE:

Visitors: Someone to help us visit the sick besides the pastors. We have one person already; we need another.

Writers: Do you have information or insights concerning church members health care? If so, we would like to receive your contribution for use in the Worship and Work. All submissions will be reviewed by someone on our committee before forwarding to the office for inclusion.
