when a disciple feels a specific call in their lives to serve as a leader in Christ’s church.
John Daniel grew up at Park Lake and was nurtured by the Park Lake congregation through nursery, children’s ministry, youth ministry, worship, attending the
Montreat Youth Conference, Camp Cedarkirk and serving on Presbytery youth council. It takes a village to raise a disciple!
In May, John Daniel received a call to be an associate pastor at the First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
John Daniel wanted to be ordained where it all started for him – his home church – you, Park Lake Presbyterian.
There will be a reception following the service in Struble Hall.
