Thank you to everyone who helped make VBS a success! We had a fun week being Knights at North Castle on a quest for God’s armor. Sir Dance-a-lot and his friend Sparky, the dragon who breathes ice, taught us to Armor Up! with Truth, Justice, Peace, Faith and Salvation.
Due to COVID-19, registration was limited to 30 children, ages 4 years through 5th grade. The children were all first-timers to Park Lake’s VBS and were from our wonderful Child Care Center and our Park Lake family.
35 adult and youth volunteers gave their time and talent during the week and beforehand. So, in addition to teaching the children that God loves them, VBS helps train up the next generation of servant leaders.
And thank you to those who answered the call and brought in empty tissue boxes, paper towel and toilet paper rolls. Thank you so much for blessing our Knights of North Castle!
