Thank you to everyone who donated items to the pantry at Washington Shores Presbyterian Church. Thank you to John Bowers for delivering everything!
Thank you also to everyone who donated money to purchase hams for Thanksgiving. They were able to find turkeys on sale, so they were able to provide each family with a turkey instead.
With Christmas coming, we would like to donate money to purchase small canned hams to add to the food bags. Each ham is about $10. If you would like to donate to the cost of the hams, the need is certainly there. You can give in the offering plate on Sundays, mail a check to Park Lake, or give the check or cash to Leesa Bainbridge or John Bowers.
